Hi! I'm Abby, and I'm taking over the podcast for this episode ;-) I hope you enjoy what I have in mind. As a healer, you sometimes need to take time out and receive healing too, this episode is for you.  I invite you to do just that! Listen to the pre-amble the first time, to warm yourself up to the work, so that you know and understand what is going ot happen. At about 8 minutes in I hold space for you to retrieve your power, pull your energy back into your body, and reconnect to you. If you want to come back and listen to the exercise again at any time, you can start from here.  At the end of this healing you will be feeling calmer, more grounded, and vibrant in your energies. If you want to get the most out of this session I suggest that you make sure you won't be disturbed for the duration, are comfortable and warm enough, and have tissues and a drink nearby, in case you need them. Emotions may come up for you to be released, that's good and natural. And you might want to listen to it a few times before you really feel you can give yourself permission to go deep.
