Healing for Healers
Short - Taking your power back, an exercise from Abby's Book, How to Be Well
I'm recording the audiobook of How to Be Well and I thought you'd enjoy this exercise - its a visualisation, to help you ground and centre in the moment, then take back some of the power that you've lost over time. You don't need to know where the power went to, or where it came from, only that it's here, and wants to come back to you. The more you repeat this exercise the more effective it is, and I do recommend you do this on repeat, until you are able to do it without the soundtrack of my voice! Also, the wellness scale is a very useful tool that you can use to help discern how you really feel, from how you think you feel.
Don't hesitate to pause this track if you need more time with any aspect of the work, and I hope you find it useful, and come back to it time and time again. Oh yes - and stay tuned for the full audiobook version of How to Be Well!
