Short - What should I be letting go of?

Thoughts in my car - sorry for the reverb and background noise but I think what I say here is important and might be helpful for you. 
It's a full moon when I post this - and it's helpful energy to let go of something, just make sure you know exactly what it is you are letting go of, otherwise you might get into difficulty!
